Jerry leads Business Development for Greater Philadelphia for Deloitte Tax and works with companies in financial, tax, and technology architecture. He has over 15 years experience in strategic planning and has volunteered with Autism Speaks, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Special Olympics. He has a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University and a MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Jerry resides in West Chester, PA with his wife Tina, and three daughters, Ashley, Taylor, and Kaitlyn.

Doug is one of the principals of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell and Lupin, a Montgomery County law firm. He has previously served as the President of Variety and a member of the Camp Board. He is a graduate of Dickinson College and Temple University School of Law. A resident of Lansdale, he is the father of two adult children and an avid golfer and fly fisherman.

Mark has worked with Firstrust Bank for over 20 years and is now Senior Vice President of Business Banking. He earned an MBA from LaSalle University, a BA in Marketing from Holy Family University, and leadership certificates from Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Institute and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Mark volunteers as President of Doylestown Athletic Association Baseball serving over 500 families. Mark was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and now resides with his family in Doylestown, PA.

Betsy is the Vice President of Content Acquisition and leads an operations team that oversees content acquisition initiatives in the field as well as with the CMC/national backbone in Denver, CO. Prior to joining Comcast, Betsy spent 8 years as the Vice President for Affiliate Relations & Distribution for RLTV. Before RLTV, Brightman was Senior Vice President of Sales Operations for Gemstar TV Guide International. Betsy began her career with the Crosby Vandenburgh Group. While working with CVG, Betsy was a founding board member of the Women In Cable Chapter in Boston. She is also the past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of WICT, serves on the current Board of Directors. She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross where she majored in English. She resides in North Wales, PA with her husband Jay and 3 children Andy, Samantha and Emma.

Tangi James-Boone, MS, PCC is an entrepreneur, certified professional coach, and a Cabrini University faculty member. She brings two decades of dynamic corporate and consulting experience in marketing, sales management, leadership, career and professional development within Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, telecommunications/mass media, educational services and faith-based organization arenas. Tangi received her B.A. and MS from The Pennsylvania State University. Her volunteer experience has been in the areas of public service, economic development, and early childhood education. Tangi resides in Skippack, PA with her husband. They have three daughters.

Allan Myers, Executive VP, Corporate Services, Variety Board Vice President
Bob has been the Senior Vice President of Corporate Service at Allan Myers for almost 15 years. In addition to being an Executive Committee member he is responsible for leading Human Resources, Safety, Enivronmental, Information Technology, and Risk Management. Bob graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a Minor in Occupational Safety and Health.

As a Principal Architect and Executive Leader at Meyer for almost 25 years, Phil has influenced the transformations of many iconic Philadelphia companies. With a passion for meeting new people and real estate deal making, Phil is well connected in both the Philadelphia marketplace and the national real estate market. Phil serves as an Executive board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP as well as the Director of Prosperity for the American Institute of Architects. He also serves on NAIOP’s National Education Committee, DASD Advisory Education Innovation Board and as an Ambassador for the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Joseph R. Padula has been in the financial services industry for almost 23 years, providing investment advisory and financial planning services to high net worth individuals. Beyond his financial advisory business, Joe also operates a real estate development company with primary emphasis in the southern Jersey coastal community.
Joe attended Ursinus College from 1992 to 1994 and left to pursue a specialized business degree from Widener University from 1994 to 1997. While at Widener University, Joe majored in International Business with an emphasis in Finance. He remains fluent in Spanish from spending time in Mexico studying the potential impacts of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Joe is married to Suzanne R. Padula whom he met at Ursinus College. They reside Worcester, PA with son Nathaniel (14), and daughter Lucy (12). When he’s not working, Joe enjoys spending time with family, tennis, running, traveling and golfing. He also maintains a vacation home in Sea Isle City, NJ.
Policy Adviser, Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies
Brianna collaborates with local, state, and federal legislators and regulators to advance her clients’ positions. She has experience researching, analyzing, and drafting policy; coordinating with diverse stakeholders; and developing policy and advocacy campaigns.
Before joining Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, Brianna was the government affairs manager for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, where she developed and implemented government affairs strategies and special projects. In that role, she collaborated with stakeholders to secure $210 million in state and local funding toward COVID-19 rental assistance.
Brianna also gained valuable experience in the Office of Philadelphia City Council President Darrell Clarke and in the Office of Philadelphia City Councilman-at-Large Ed Neilson, where she served for a combined year as a research and policy development intern.

Michele is an accomplished project manager having excelled in a variety of both for-profit and non-profit organizations. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Temple University, she began her professional career as a production manager and field producer for the Fox News Channel followed by positions as logistics director at Welcome America, international tourism services manager at the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, new business development director at SpecialtyUSA, and development professional at City of Hope.
Michele joined the project development team at McSpain Properties where she served as vice president of operations and owner’s representative until beginning the Master’s in Construction Management program at Thomas Jefferson University. While completing her master’s, Michele entered the construction project management field at NorthStar Owner’s Representation. Joining the Watchdog Real Estate Management team in 2018 has afforded Michele the opportunity to expand her knowledge and utilize her master’s education to support a wide range of clients in higher education, healthcare, retail and corporate tenant fit out.
Michele is a member of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, Philadelphia Chapter. She has been a leader in the animal welfare community having served on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Animal Care and Control Team (PACCA), and as a founding board member and president of the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). Among her various interests and charitable contributions include homeless outreach, the USO, the LGBTQ community, the Champion Autism Network and Variety the Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley, in addition to actively serving on the Watchdog community engagement and professional development committees.

Frank Gumienny was named the team’s Chief Financial Officer in 2012 after spending 14 seasons with the Eagles including four as the team’s Vice President of Finance
In his role, Gumienny manages all of the daily financial operations of the Philadelphia Eagles and Lincoln Financial Field. He oversees all accounting, ticketing, guest services, information technology and merchandising.
Gumienny also plays an integral role in negotiating and contracting special events and concerts at Lincoln Financial Field. He has helped secure U2, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Luke Bryan, Kevin Hart, Monster Jam, and numerous soccer matches involving major international clubs such as Real Madrid, Manchester United and the U.S. Men’s and Women’s national squads. Through his efforts, Lincoln Financial Field has become one of the country’s premier multi-purpose venues.
A native of Philadelphia, Gumienny attended St. Joseph’s University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1994.
Gumienny began his career as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1994 through 1997. He was hired by the Eagles as an accountant in 1998, promoted to the team’s controller in 2001, and was promoted again to director of finance in 2003.
West Chester University
Dr. Mary A. Houser received a BFA in Related Arts from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, an MAT in Special Education from The College of New Jersey, and an EdD in Educational Leadership from Fayetteville State University. She is currently an associate professor in the Department of Special Education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in foundations of special education, behavior management, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), language development, and family systems. Dr. Houserhas also taught graduate special education courses for Walden University, where she served as a graduate special education curriculum developer and assessor. In addition, she has taught graduate special education courses and supervised pre-service teachers for Campbell University (NC). Dr. Houser has worked as a learning disabilities specialist and has taught high school special education in both inclusive and self-contained settings to children with various disabilities. Her research interests include families of students with autism spectrum disorders and improving parent-teacher relationships for students with disabilities.
