Small Group Employment

Supported Group Employment for 18+ Participants

Our small group employment sites are designed to build functional skills that support success and long-term employment within the community. Each site operates at a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio to provide individualized instruction and maximize learning. All sites are food service-based, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience in food preparation, handling, and service. In addition, the program emphasizes essential workplace skills, including effective communication with supervisors, co-workers and customers; emotional regulation in professional settings; workplace hygiene; and basic financial literacy. The overarching goal of this program is to equip individuals with the skills and confidence needed to successfully transition into competitive employment.
