October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, or “NDEAM,” which celebrates the value and talent that workers with disabilities add to America’s workplaces and economy. NDEAM’s purpose is to confirm the commitment to ensuring disabled workers have access to good jobs, every month of every year.

Here at Variety, our programs strive to prepare participants for work in the community. Through our vocational programming, job coaching and VarietyWorks, young adults with disabilities learn valuable job-readiness skills.
